- Work closely with clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Matrix Organisational Structure:

- Software Development Principles:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
- Proven background and experience in engineering design, system engineering, or project/product implementation.
- Familiarity with both analogue and digital electronics development.
- Demonstrated experience in complex direct customer liaison.
- Strong understanding of a matrix organisational structure.
- Awareness of software development principles.
