Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing MRP messages for work order action (i.e., create new work order, expedite, defer, cancel existing work orders according to MRP messages).
- Maintaining, reviewing, and printing work orders efficiently.
- Managing the internal Stock Build Sales Order – anticipating and loading future stock builds and adjusting existing stock builds as required.
- Collaborating closely with the Production Team Leader in a supporting role to create a balanced capacity plan/master production schedule and updating associated Excel reports as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with MRP systems is essential.
- Proven experience in production and materials planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
