About the Role: As a Factory Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. You will be responsible for managing teams of 12 to 30 employees, working on a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift rota. Your strong communication skills and team management abilities will be essential in maintaining high standards of performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage production teams of varying sizes, ranging from 12 to 30 members.
- Ensure efficient operation of production lines, maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate activities.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the factory.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise teams of 12 to 30 employees.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift rota.
