Marketing Coordinator Role Overview: As a Tradeshow Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing our marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and demos. From planning to execution, you’ll be at the forefront of showcasing our brand and engaging with potential customers. This role involves occasional weekend work to ensure successful tradeshow setups.
Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
- Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow participation, including booth setup, logistics, and staffing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging demos and presentations.
- Ensure seamless execution of tradeshows and events, from planning to post-event follow-up.
- Provide on-site support during tradeshows and events, including occasional weekend availability.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely shipment to event locations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and tradeshows.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing coordination or event management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
