We are currently recruiting for a full or part time IP lawyer to join our team as a Legal Director.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop and grow our current IP offering.
You will have a sound, well-rounded knowledge of IP law, with demonstrable experience advising on copyright, trademark, design rights, IP licensing and brand management matters.
Candidates should be used to working as part of a team as well as leading and managing projects autonomously. This is very much a client facing role so you will need to be experienced at building rapport with clients and providing clear and practical advice which meets their needs. As an expert in your field you will also have experience of supervising and mentoring junior team members.
This position would suit a candidate with rounded academic qualifications and solid IP law experience gained at a Legal 500 / Chambers ranked firm or as part of an equivalent in house legal team.
It’s likely that the candidate will have 7+ years relevant PQE, but we would be happy to consider applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the skills needed to perform the role.
